For the first time since the half marathon I actually felt like I had some energy back in my legs, which you can see by my pace tonight. It felt pretty good to pick up the pace a little bit tonight. I will be glad when this week or so of rest is over so that I can mix in some speed and more interesting workouts again. It will be nice to mix it up again before I go crazy just logging miles. We are supposed to head north this weekend to Melissa's parents house, so that will be a nice change of running scenery. It is really hilly at their house though, but I will take the punishment if it means a different view for a couple of days. Going to make this short tonight cause I am beat. Too much running I guess...
I'm hoping to make it around the 'block' while up there this weekend. haha. We'll see how well that goes.
